Our Agile Development Process

Our typical custom software development process starts with our Blueprint engagement which defines the general workflow, functionality and scope of a project. From that point we are able to create a product roadmap which creates the general timeline of the sprints required to deliver the project.

Each sprint delivers new functionality. It starts with a sprint goal and incorporates learning from the previous sprint. It ends with a demonstration of the delivered functionality, a review of the process then moves into planning the next sprint.

The process ensures that we are constantly delivering functionality while making the best decisions and rapidly as possible.
